This script has been tested on Sun OS 5.6 (Intel-based) To be honnest, I don't know what are the differences between these two O.S. But generally only file location or file names have to be checked to porte this utility on a new O.S. If you have the opportunity to test it on Solaris 8, please let me know the result and the eventual modifications you will do.
