The settings are in the registry, under

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\ORL\VNCviewer\MRU


You can try running the following script whenever you want to clear them out:

'rmVncMru.vbs
Set oSh = WScript.CreateObject("WScript.Shell")
oSh.RegDelete "HKCU\Software\ORL\VNCviewer\MRU\"
