Right click on VNC icon on the tray and select Close VNC. This will stop the
winvnc service.
When you want the connection back, start the VNC Server service.

you can write a batch file to do all this
stopconnect.bat
-- cut here ---
@echo off
net stop winvnc
- cut here --
startconnect.bat
-- cut here ---
@echo off
net start winvnc
--- cut here

Create the two batch file and put it in your desktop.

Thank you, Thomas, but: no, sorry, it4s a win2000 server and most clients
also run win2000.

And: I4m not talking about two users connecting via VNC to one server but
about one user who is logged in on the server as normal (windows-)user and
who does not want any incoming vnc-connections at the same time. This case
can4t be handled with the ConnectPriority-Setting.

In LINUX (an other UNIXes?), see
Xvnc -help

-dontdisconnect don't disconnect existing clients when a new
non-shared
                       connection comes in (refuse new connection instead)
