        Heya. Give Kaboodle a try. Install it on your WinNT
VNC server, start it up, and open the VNC icon. Click on the
Server Tab. Activate the "Access List" feature. It will put
the correct settings into your Windows registry to restrict
VNC connections from specific IP addresses you indicate.

        If you're feeling daring after that, open your Windows
registry and find the "AuthHosts" entry for your VNC software.
