Careful in there - the above is really regedt32 101. Copy the data from 

\software\orl\winvnc3\default\password 

from HKCU to HKLM, and you're done.

Thanks for your answer. But I don't find keys hklm or hkcu in vnc parts
of
the registry... How to find these keys ?
