You're going to win a Rube Goldberg contest with that one.. :) I assume you already checked for either an Amiga keyboard pinout on the Internet or a used Amiga keyboard at a local shop - if not, I bet you can find one for a song.
The other choice which will work is a parallel-port Ethernet adapter as John suggested.
