I assume you already checked for either an Amiga keyboard pinout on the
Internet or a used Amiga keyboard at a local shop - if not, I bet you can
find one for a song.

The other choice which will work is a parallel-port Ethernet adapter as John
suggested. They can be very clunky, but it will be quite fast enough for VNC
and will probably work fairly well with a solid older Win95 box since the
motherboard bus is not likely to be tweaked too fast to communicate well
with it.
