I am using vncviewer (Windows98, Linux) with Xvnc (Linux) to run an application without a window manager. The background that is used, that ugly black & white weave ... is there any way to change that? Perhaps to a solid color? It's ugly, and it gives the application window the appearance of having a rough or ragged edge.
