Here is the INF file that includes some brief notes in the comments. Remember, this INF needs to be installed into the registry of the ICS server, not your client. So access to the server is still needed. To install, just right-click on the VNC.INF file and select Install. Do verify the contents before installing. It's good to have a basic understanding of what is being done before accepting strange INF files from even stranger programmers!
