Then Go to your start menu, choose "Run", Type in "Regedit" at the prompt and press "Enter". Now go to the "Edit" menu and choose the "Find" command. Search for "ORL" and delete the keys with "ORL" in it. "BE CAREFULL!!! "ORL" IS NOT THE SAME AS "ErrorL ookup". You will get a lot of hits and most of them will have nothing to do with VNC. Make sure you do not delete anything not relating to VNC. After you look up "ORL" search for "VNC" and see if there are any stray entries left. I am warning you, IF YOU HAVE NEVER USED THE REGISTRY BEFORE, GET HELP FROM SOMEONE WHO HAS!! ONE WRONG DELETION CAN HOSE YOUR COMPUTER REALLY BAD!! I don't want you to regret anything in the morning. Have a Good Day, Michael L.
