These messages are about X clients (applications which try to display to
Xvnc, specifically xrdb called by xstartup) that aren't allowed to
connect to the X server.

That's pretty strange unless you have a problem with your XAUTHORITY
environment variable or .Xauthority file.  Perhaps one of these is
getting modified by your shell rc file?
