I haven't actually tried this in conjunction with the -inetd option, but
in order to get the mini web server running you need to specify "-http
/path/to/java/classes".  This is what the vncserver script (which you
may want to take a peek at) does.  If the web server doesn't function
properly with -inet (which wouldn't surprise me a whole lot), then you
may need to run a separate web server (like apache) with a custom VNC
Java client page.
