Here's what the Platforms list reports:

ftp://unixos2.org/pub/unix/internet/vnc/

If that fails, you may want to do a Google search using both "OS2" and
"VNC"; there are lots of projects that work but never get around to
having themselves added to the VNC website. As I recall Google has
problems with the slash, and most OS/2 pages have a meta tag or inline
usage with just "OS2" so that should work best.

I would be curious to know if the links are actually any good; also, the
listing from the ORL site
http://www.uk.research.att.com/vnc/platforms.html#os2
Seems to imply that the project might be a viewer only.
