I would expect you might see some security concerns about doing that.

(That's the way it works - useful usually translates into "insecure" in the Microsoft 
world).

In any case, although there is a port of the viewer to DOS, there is no VNC server.  
You might want to look at either Carbon Copy or
pcAnywhere.  As a matter of fact, the final DOS version of pcAnywhere is included on 
any pcAnywhere CD you buy (up through at least
9.2) and I actually have seen it on the Symantec FTP server for download.  I saw no 
licensing information about it anywhere, so
there I have no clue about the legal status of using it, but you can actually download 
it without a problem.
