Tracy,

I have configured it with 'Don't disconnect any existing connections' and it
works fine.
Did you put it in the good registry entry:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ORL\WINVNC3 ?
Did you restart your VNC service?
