I am new to RH7.1 Linux. I followed the setup for VNC, and it seems to work. I am logging on as root And have launched the program, thisis what shows in the term:
New 'X' desktop is CS:1 Starting applications specified in /root/.vnc/xstartup Logfile is /root/.vnc/CS:1.log Funny thing is Inever can find the files, it creates., the /.vnc/ directory does not appear. A ps -A shows the following 1050 pts/1 00:00:00 Xvnc 1057 pts/1 00:00:00 xterm Is there any special service that needs to be active to support this?
