The reason why I would want port 21 is because the firewall wont let any
outgoing other then that. Forwarding wouldn't help. It would still have to
go put on port 21. I do use windows but am able to forward with some util as
Forwarder etc.

If you're using an OS worth it's disk space, you can just redirect port
21 to port 5500.
