Have you an idea ? Thanks for all JPV -----Message d'origine----- De : Gabriel Calin [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]] Envoyi : jeudi 6 dicembre 2001 14:34 @ : VNC Mailing List Objet : Keyboard problem... Hi people... I sent this question a little while ago... I'd really appreciate any tip how to fix this problem... On a server machine (running Debian) I installed the VNCServer. This machine has a ABNT12 keyboard layout On my machine (also running Debian) I installed the VNCViewer and connected to the 'server machine'. I have a 102key US common keyboard layout. When I get connect to the server machine with vncviewer I can't type anything since any key I press is received there as a weird character or even Shift/Ctrl/Alt sequences. I couldn't find a way to correct it. I can't modify XF86Config keyboard's layout in the server machine because no one will be able to use the machine locally. I also couldn't find a way to enable a personal configuration in the xserver session running on the server machine. Today I also tries to connect to the server machine from a Win2k station using vncviewer. The same problem occured. Any idea?
