Hi Florentijn

Checkout netsvc from NT resourcekit (if you would like to use the
commandline) otherwise the NT srvmgr would work too, just select the
computer rightclick  and choose services, all of this ofcourse requires
that you yourself are running NT and preferrable are located on the same
network as the machines that you would like to control.
