Assuming you're running Windows, check the AT&T docs for the AuthHosts
registry key: setting it to: "-:?" will cause an Accept/Reject prompt to pop
up on the screen of the server when someone tries to connect to it using
vncviewer. Otherwise the only way to tell is that the VNC system tray icon
turns colour...

Subject: Notification

Hey

I am running the VNC service on a meeting room PC for presentation
purposes. I am a little worried that somebody could be sessions in
without my knowledge as there is nothing to inform you that some one is
running a session.

Is there some way to throw up a warning that you are being 'watched'?

Thanks
Brett
