There are many similar for windows-to-windows connections, including pcAnywhere, RAdmin, Microsoft NetMeeting (well, it's actually free, but if you yell and scream you might get tech support from MS - at least I've had hassles), DameWare, and Timbuktu (also connects to Macintosh computers).
