I added -viewonly switch to Xvnc (tested on RH Linux).

If you have problems with it you can email me directly.

Please note, there is no such thing a "local" connection. All
connections are remote and thus are disabled. I use to show top
and load, so there is no user intervention WHATSOEVER.

This request comes about twice a year. May be some time it will be
added to AT&T VNC ?
