Hi!

I don't even see a way to produce an e with a circumflex. As soon as I
press the key once, two ^^ appear.

Which keymaps do you recomend? I tried all of
/usr/lib/kbd/keymaps/i386/qwertz/de* on linux and on Windows "German"
and "German (IBM)".
