One topic that keeps recurring on this list and in general reviews of VNC is documentation, in my observation a lot of "how-to" questions. Understandably, the docs may not be a priority to the AT&T folks - they are part of a research lab after all. Although this may have come up before, I suggest AT&T implement an automated user-administrated documentation system, such as FAQ-o-matic (http://faqomatic.sourceforge.net). Such a system can be configured to allow users to add their own questions and answers. Naturally, this can be implemented anywhere, but I think it is most logical for the AT&T people to host it, as it seems users go to the AT&T site first to look for answers (other than the mailing list).
