It actually also happens if you don't fill in a display name to begin with
by just skipping the field (w/o getting the curser in)
I upgraded to the newest version and its great! One suggestion though, when
closing a connection, it might be better to also close the open box.
Also, is there any help docs? I get an access violations when trying the
screenshot (maybe its still in the development stages, since you don't have
shortcut to it either).
can you also explain how the "Auto launch" works. I get a message about
"index lists" and it grays out.

Yes, That could very well be, if you delete the display name, then you will
get a icon with no caption.
I just don't understant why someone would delete the display name?
I guess I need to idiot proof it some more, I will add code that will check
if the display name is blank and then put the server address in for the
caption when the icon is rendered at form create.
Look for it in the next version
