Boa,
Look to see if you have the "RemoveWallpaper" DWORD within
the registry key shown below. it sounds like you have this entry
set with a value of "1". So if you want to keep the wallpaper,
then set the value to "0" ( without the quotes of course! ).
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ORL\WinVNC3\Default]
"RemoveWallpaper"=dword:00000000
The other solution would be to just right click on the
"RemoveWallpaper" entry, and just delete it!
