Yes, you would need to create it. Just run regedit and browse out to
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ORL\WinVNC3]. In the right side of the screen
right click and create a dword key called "AllowLoopback" with a value of 1.
Restart the service and it will work.
Be aware when you use loopback that the monitor will indeed go into a loop
and depending on the resources of your computer it might crash your system
because of this.
