First of all, you have to ensure that your VNC server is not running on a machine that is using an internal IP address, meaning those that cannot be access outside your VPN. Then, with your server running, type the following in the URL of your browser : http://my_machine_IP:5801 Assumption : VNC normally uses 5801 for the HTTP port of unix machines, if you are using windows, then it is likely to be 5800. this should work. What you will first see if a gray screen with an authenication textbox, then when the correct password has been entered, you should see the screen of your network computer. Don't hesitate to ask!!!
