No, you don't. Tunnelling 58xx and 59xx is enough.

The 60xx is where Xvnc waits for the 
X applications (e.g. xterm etc.). X applications are most 
often started on the same host as Xvnc or in the LAN.

On 59xx Xvnc waits for the vncviewer.exe, on 58xx
it waits for the VNC Java client.
