to override settings in HKLocalMachine the user must have administrator
permissions.

I want to override settings in HKLocalMachine\software\orl\winvnc3 with
settings en HKeyCurrentUsers\software\orl\winvnc3 with login scripts, but

users haven't administrator permissions. It is possible?
