It means that if your VNC session gets teminated, Windows will 
log the current user off. It's very useful if you have to log in as 
Admin and can't risk leaving the box logged on as that. (servers, 
public terminals, etc).

Of course, you might upset your users if you log them out once 
you've fixed their problems. :-)
