What do I need to do to get VNC to run through ssh?

i.e., the server is Win2K and the client/viewers are Win2K/Win98 machines.

Ideally, we'd like to be able to use browsers for access - can this be
secured too?

We want to be able to access the server from our client's machines - do we
have to install things on their machines for this ssh access?
