Could someone possibly help me out?

I have winvnc v3.3.3r9 running on two NT 4.x servers as a service. On one
of the servers, if I use the winvnc client to connect to it and open up task
manager, the cpu usage shows about 8 - 12%. If I connect to the other
server and open up task manager, the cpu usage is 85 - 95% usage. Any idea
why? It never use to do this before. I have uninstalled the vnc program
and re-installed without luck. Any ideas or solutions would be very
helpful.

Thanks,
Ricky Stiles.
