You don't have to download or transfer any files to your work machine...

What I have done is using WinAMP and SHOUTCAST server, created my own radio
station.  You can then just use WinAMP at work and connect to your IP
address and listen that way...  for more info on how to set up shoutcast on
your home pc, go to www.shoutcast.com
