Thanks, James. I did some reading and learned that the kill command
must be executed from the directory where winvnc exisits. So for people
who want to kill the server but cannot see the task icon, I just lead
them through dos to do it. Once they learn how, they can do it again.
So far, I've successfully helped one customer restore her sulfnbk.exe
file after following the directions of the hoax email by the same name.

I'm becoming more enthusiastic with this program each time I use it.
This afternoon I will set up one more customer who needs remote support.
