I have run into a problem on one Dell laptop running Windows 98 Second
Edition. The VNC icon does not appear in the taskbar near the time. I am
installing VNC from a script and this is the only PC I have had any problems
with.
Even though the icon does not appear, I am able to connect, so I know the
service is running.
As part of our company's privacy policy, the icon must appear so individuals
will know when someone is connected to their computer.
Thanks in advance for your assistance.
