Greetings,

I want to congratulate all contributors on a very nice project ! I run
VNCserver for Linux(RH 7.1) on a local cluster that makes x3270 connections
to an S390 system in Boulder. x3270 needs an X server, but I don't want
to put the video hardware on the cluster. I have been using Xvfb for
this purpose, and have now replaced Xvfb with VNCserver. I get the same
virtual framebuffer with the added benefit that I can view the desktop when
I need to for diag purposes, or for remote view/support.

Some of my support folks need to see the X desktop also, which always
required a trek to the server room; not any more! The W2K VNCviewer is
working just fine from their desks, and remote support of this server
cluster has become a breeze.

Brilliant !
