You can also // out one line of the source code and make the 
Systray icon disappear altogether for an even more stealthy 
version. Coupled with // out a few more lines to stop WinVNC from 
displaying a prompt on shut down while someone is connected, 
there is no easy indication that WinVNC is working. (This was 
done purely for security reasons, we needed to catch someones 
doing somethings they shouldn't. It worked)
