Have a look in the registry under HKLM\Software\Orl\WinVNC3 and 
check the DEFAULT key for the password setting. You can export 
this to a reg file and use this to set the password on each machine.

If you've got Win9x, you can stick this in the login script. If you're 
using NT/2000, you'll probably need to use regini or MSI (microsoft 
installer) to get that setting in.
