I have recently installed Mandrake 8.0 which includes
VNC. I have created a password and everything seems
fine on the Mandrake end. When I go and try to
connect to the linux box from my win2k machine it
can't resolve the name. I t can't find the host name.
I have added the IP and host name to my hosts file
and re-booted but to no avail. Can anyone help me?
