Turns out the problem may be with the subnet mask.
We are using a subnet mask of 255.255.255.0. Which
probably needs to be 255.255.255.255 in order to lock VNC
down to a specific pc's ip address.

You should find that a string like "-:+10.0.0.1:+10.0.0.2:" etc where the
10.0.0.x are replaced with the addresses of the machines will work. Make
sure you are using version 3.3.3R9 at the server, though.
