I don't understand this paragraph.

WinVNC does *NOT* provide ANY terminal-services-like multi-user
functionality.  There *is* a package called rdp2vnc, which is externally
contributed and based on the rdesktop project  (www.rdesktop.org), which can
be used to provide VNC access to Terminal Services sessions.
