They do on my PC.
Click on Ctrl Down, press the escape key, then click on Ctrl Up.

If you click on the VNC Icon in the upper-left corner of the viewer
window/title bar, it shows a menu that includes an entry for sending the
Crtl-Alt-Del keystroke.
