I'm authoring article and would like to do a quick non-scientific survey:
For your 'server room'
Do you:
A. Share it as storage for your organization
B. Share it as an office
C. Have sole possession of it for that purpose
D. Have it out in the open
E. Distribute equipment throughout a facility (not in a dedicated room)
F. Have a closet - a coat closet or other poor arrangement

Also:
Where is your 'patch panel' and LAN components (hubs, switches, routers,
etc.):
A. In 'server room'
B. In a separate room/area
1. Secured
2. Unsecured
C. Other, please list
This group is good as it covers large and small enterprises. I appreciate
any input and it will be credited. For those who respond, I'll send you a
link to the article when it goes online. If I could have all responses by
