I am definitely able to send F3 from a Linux client to a Windows NT 4 VNC
server. I've had problems doing that with other Linux window managers.
Does the laptop require any control keys with the F3 keypress? (e.g Shift,
Ctrl, Alt)
To test F3, load notepad on the server machine and press F3. If a Find
dialog appears then F3 is getting through.
