I never used all the features of PC Anywhere, and it's been quite
some time since I used it at all, but:
PCA will let you dial in to another PC without using Dial Up Networking.
PCA crashed my PC several times. VNC never has.
PCA offers a file transfer option, if I remember correctly, VNC doesn't.
PCA does not offer connectivity between PC/Unix/Mac, VNC does.
PCA is not free, VNC is.
