Sure. You just have to make sure the workstations have appropriate
IP routes set up so they know how to get packets through the RAS
server to your dial-up client. Setting the RAS server to be the
default gateway for all the other machines would be one way to
accomplish that; or else you could manually add the necessary
route using the "route" command.

Another possibility is to open a VNC viewer to view the RAS server
desktop, and then open a VNC viewer on the RAS server to view the
other machines. That will be very painfully slow over a dialup
connection, but it would work in a pinch.
