You could do this with the NET TIME \\SERVER command, and AT-jobs on the
computers..

An alternative, if you were to try X, is to use rdate to synchronize
all of the computer clocks, and then set up your job in cron.
I don't know if Windows has such tools built-in, but it would be
worth it to look for those, also.
