I am trying to access a VNC server running Windows NT Server 4.0 from a Solaris 8 box running Netscape Communicator 4.7x. I pull up the hostname:5800, and get the password box, but when I authenticate, I receive the following: java.lang.illegalArgumentException: port out range:4457392 I just tried the same thing from a Win2k client running Netscape Communicator 4.76, and received the same error.
