Folks,
Does anyone have a definitive method that addresses the issue of
screen updates that only partially (or not at all) are posted to the screen?
For instance, I can VNC from my desktop Win2K PC to a distant Win2K PC and
start up a CAD program on the distant PC....when I manipulate a piece of 3d
geometry (rotate, or add a dimension, etc) my screen may or may not be
updated with the new view.... frequently, I must either select a screen
refresh from the menu, or I can "paint" the updated image onto my local PC
by moving the mouse around the screen (which is not nearly as cute or fun as
you might think).
So! What I'm asking is if there are command line options, or
server/client switches that may improve this ugly presentation aspect?
Thanks, Mark
