Hi,
I'm running RedHat 6.2 (2.2.16_3) in a Sparcserver 670/MP, with video card
cgthree.
Previously vnc had been working great in Solaris 2.5.1 (same box)
But I installed RedHat 6.2 and vncserver (vnc-3.3.3-2.rpm)and now it doesn't
work, what's happening is that the vncviewer (that hasn't changed) in
(win2k,win98,Linux) displays garbled and inverted characters, here is a

I can use the viewer to see other servers, so vncviewer has no problem.
I've done some things trying to make it work, please if you have any ideas
they're more than welcome:
+installed the Xfree 100 dpi font
+run vncserver -cc 3
+run vncserver -pixelformat BGRnnn
+compiled rbfcounter altering the big endian switch (on and off) and
worked perfectly both ways! (same client pc and same server SparcServer
w/RH6.2)
Any ideas, suggestions, apologies, blessings?
